Cricket                                                              

Two aliens were visiting Earth to research local customs. They split up so that they could learn more in the time allowed, and one came across  a game of cricket, but mistook it for a strange religious ceremony.  Afterwards he met up with his fellow alien and described what he had seen.

I went to a large green field shaped like a meteorite crate. Around the edges several hundred worshippers gathered. Two priests walk to the centre of the field to a rectangular area and hammer six spears into the ground, three at each end. Then eleven more priests walk out clad in white robes. Then two high priests wielding clubs walk to the centre and one of the priests starts  throwing  a red orb at the ones with the clubs

Incredible said the other alien, what happens next?

Then it begins to rain

Golf                                                                   

Two friends were recounting their most recent dreams.I dreamed i was on holiday said one, and I was playing golf in this beautiful setting. The sun was shining  and  the birds singing and the waves were lapping on the nearby beach. It was idyllic. What a golf course, What a dream.

I had a great dream too recalled the other. I dreamed I was on a date with two gorgeous women and having the time of my life. Hey cried his friend, you dreamed you were with two gorgeous women and you did not call me. I did , but your wife said you had gone off to play golf.
